I spend my empty college evenings watching tv, wishing for a phone calls, and hating that I have no means of transportation. Sometimes you just need to get out, take a night time drive by yourself with all the windows down letting the wind rush in and screw with your hair. Crank up the tunes and sing loud and proud to songs you don't even know the words to or ride in silence letting your self get lost in the purr of the engine and the yellow stripes that stretch out to eternity. I cry. I cry hard and long and wail to my sad songs with heavy metal bass tones. I also curse and swerve around the meat puppets in their metal boxes getting in my way. All my emotion can just seep out of the box inside me and into the one around me. The release is good, burn the gas away until it's almost at empty, then turn around and try to find your way home.The passing cars hold blank faces of nobodies, let them judge your left side hugging freakishly fast driving skills, not likely you'll ever see them again. Unless of course they are kind strangers that help you when your out of gas on the side of the road.
